Bon Accord – True Delusion EP

I posted about Bon Accord’s Honeydew EP a while back, and now he (Michael Wright) is back with 4 new tracks on the True Delusion EP. The tracks carry on where the dreamy tones of Honeydew left off, and that is no bad thing. The tracks build and pulse, washing over your senses and immersing you in a hazy electro mist. ‘Glazed’ and ‘Take Comfort’ are my favourite tracks, well worth a listen. You can listen to all four tracks below, and even download them for free too.

Michael Wright is a Londoner who makes music under the name Bon Accord. You can get the Honeydew EP for free here on Bandcamp. The EP contains 4 tracks – ‘Honeydew’, ‘Dissolving’, ‘French Letter’ and ‘Happy People’, all of which are loping, atmospheric tracks that pulse and throb to electronic but still organic sounding beats. For me, the tracks evoked a natural and calming imagery, helping my usually erratic and frenetic mind to breathe a little. These songs aren’t groundbreaking, but they are a refreshing and welcome addition to the electronic sounds coming out of London at the moment.
