Snoop Dogg – ‘Oh Sookie’

June 18, 2010 § 1 Comment

This is one of most entertaining and simultaneously puzzling things I have seen in a long time. I LIKE IT A LOT.

Snoop Dogg has made a song inspired by HBO’s True Blood, or more specifically, main character Sookie Stackhouse. Featuring lyrics such as “Come play on my team, we’ll do it in the daytime, Bill won’t even see” and “Bill ain’t for real, he ain’t true true blood, Snoop is a G, I smoke true bud”, this is so bizarre that it’s utter genius. He manages to reference storylines, diss the male characters, and of course proposition every female. The accompanying video is hilarious, with various Sookie lookalikes in horrendous wigs, and Snoop dancing around in front of Merlotte’s.

I don’t know what made Snoop do this, but it certainly made my day a little more amazing.
